First of all, I am thrilled with my car. It has been a life long dream of mine to own an M3 and the irony of it is that the car that I purchased had everything in it without having to place an order. My experience at Hendrick Imports was fantastic. Tim Nelson is an exceptional sales associate, enthusiastic, supportive and solution oriented. Your approach to relationship selling is fantastic. I also think that your full maintenance coverage model is something that you should highlight even more in the media. The value to the customer of this program is exceptional and really is something that in my mind that made the buying decision easier. I look forward to having the opportunity to speak to someone directly about my experience.
