I recently moved to Las Vegas and I was looking for a car to purchase. After researching different cars, prices and car dealerships on the internet, I decided on a Sentra from Henderson Nissan. Alan was very helpful in answering all my questions by e-mail and telephone before I came down to the dealership to look at the car. The day that I went down to Henderson Nissan, Alan took the time to find help me find the right car and explained everything in detail. I felt no pressure in buying the car and was offered a reasonable price on the car.Henderson Nissan was very thorough to ensure that all of the other options and financing were explained in detail and in providing a brief orientation on the car. Don't believe a word that the finance dude Anthony LeBonne tells you. He tries to be slick and hope you wont notice when he adds things to your contract that you didn't ask for or agree to. He will verbally quote you a number but put a much higher figure on the contract. Don't sign it! He lies straight to your face and then denies it. Check your contract carefully. Video tape the session. No joke. And Chaco the Taco plays games. They try the bait and switch on the interest rate. Don't put a deposit down - you will never see it back. Check the complaints and civil suits filed against them. They are as dirty as they get. One star was too many. Pros: Adrian was polite Cons: Everyone else lies more

For the first time since ever buying a car did I feel like I got the best deal. I didn't have to much to come in with but they have a 2nd chance financing that got me right into the vehicle of my choice. They were just really helpful, made me feel as if they cared. They were honest and honestly got me into a vehicle. Pros: They have a hugh inventory, knowledgable staff, deals deals Cons: So far none to find more

Do not buy a car from this place. the sales people will lie to your face and the service dept doesn't know what they are doing. Pros: teh sales staff will tell you everything you want to hear Cons: the sales and service staff have no idea what they are doing more
