I had an amazing experience with Henderson Hyundai, I spoke with Josephine and she made my car buying experience the best i've ever had! She knew exactly what i wanted and helped me with everything i asked for. I live in Phoenix, Arizona and i drove up to Henderson Hyundai to get my brand new Tucson! Its a beautiful vehicle and the trade in value of my old vehicle was remarkable! I will never go to another dealership again nor deal with anyone else except Josephine. Your the BEST!!!! I set up an appt. to come in, when i did, Nicole hooked me up with Hergie for a test drive. Immediately I was sold...great service and a wonderful new car! more

well im in the market for a hyunda i( well frankly because they are awsome) and contacted the store i spoke with a girl in the internet department named josephine. Needless to say i will not deal with any other store or any other person but her. She made my first step of a car purchase non stressful and no intimidation at all. I will be seeing her soon to drive away in my new vehicle aS i know the rest of the experience will be just as pleasent. GO HENDERSON HYUNDAI!!! more

Bravo to Carey Brando ( Superior Salesman ) 11/12/2011

I went in to the Henderson Hundai just to look at the new models and was hooked up with the most honest and straight forward salesman I've yet to meet. Carey was very helpful in getting me into a 2012 Sonata and with a better finance rate than I had on my trade-in. Salespeople should be more down to earth and easy to communicate with such as Mr Brando, he truly made my new car purchase a pleasant experience! more

I came in for maintenance on my 2009 Accent when Josephine called me and said Hyundai would like to buy my car back and put me in a 2012 model. Very weary, as I am with all dealerships, I went and spoke with her who matched me with a salesman who was very straight forward about the program and the loan I had through them. Needless to say, a few hours later, I was saying good bye to my Accent and driving off the lot with a 2012 Elantra! After some haggling, it ended up an awesome experience with my payments staying the same, lower finance rate including GAP insurance and not paying a penny on the maintenance my Accent was in the shop for. I am so happy with my new car and new loan. Overall I would recommend their service to anyone. Now their customer service in the maintenance department is another story... =) more

We had searched all over the Vegas area to trade our current vehicle and buy two, one new, one used. We had pretty much given up after a really bad experience at another dealership and had several others say what we wanted was not possible. Then about 2 weeks ago on a Saturday afternoon Dom called our house. She talked to my other half and he asked if I would be willing to give Henderson Hyundai a chance. I agreed to give them an hour to see if they could meet our numbers. From the minute we walked in, met Dom in person, she turned us over to Jason, and he immediately listened to what we were looking for and what we could afford. He took us only to the cars we could afford and didn't pressure us at all. In the end we left the dealership with two vehicles, one new, one used. The follow up service for tinting was completed at no charge and the emails and calls to make sure we were happy soon followed. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is I'm not thrilled with the way they do financing and let you leave the dealership with the assumption your numbers have been met but we are sitting here two weeks later with only guaranteed financing on one vehicle. Unfortunately if they can't keep the payment on the second vehicle where we need it we will be back in the same position of just having one vehicle...if this happens I'm afraid I won't be as fond of this dealership because the vehicle we will be left with isn't valued as high as the one we traded so we will pretty much be worse off..... So I am now back to revise this review...I am not happy at all at this point. Just over 2 weeks after we signed all the loan paperwork, turned over our trade, and drove the two vehicles off the lot...brought them in for the tinting that was promised...and today we get a call saying that if we want to keep the used vehicle we have to agree to pay $100 MORE each month!! I feel like we have been duped big time here. We went in the door with specific numbers that we could afford. We traded a vehicle that has a book value of higher than the new one we purchased. We were given all of the LEGAL documents for financing showing the payments we could afford. And now, 16 days later, (NV state law says 15 days are allowed), we are told we have to pay MORE money?? Payments we certainly can't afford so we are in a major bind. And in the end we are back to one car....and one that has us FURTHER in the hole than the one we traded. So much for listening to what we needed, what we could afford, and most importantly, HONESTY! We were not told that the loans were not finalized on that day. Technically we do not own the vehicles yet and if we were in an accident our insurance could refuse to pay. So now what are we supposed to do??? When you sign loan documents at a dealership and are handed the keys to the car, you assume it's a done deal and your vehicle, right? Apparently not at this dealership. I have no idea how they are going to make this right or what we are going to do now but if we wanted payments this high we could have stuck with Toyota or Ford and had two newer vehicles with lower payments. So I guess this dealership is no better than some of the others. more

Fabulous Car Dealer!!!!! 11/4/2011

This is my first time buying a car and I had Carey and Josephine as my dealer. Both were Fabulous! Definitely ask for them when you go. They were super friendly and super helpful. They made me feel so good about buying a car. And my dad who has bought many many cars before absolutely loves them! (and he's a tough guy to crack!) so these two are definitely a great team! I would definietly go back, even though i live in south Las Vegas haha! more

Great Dealer! 10/29/2011

I had a bad experience elsewhere and walked out, thankfully I ended up here. I called them and talked to a nice girl on the phone. When I showed up they actually had the car I called about on the phone ""gasp"" apparently that isnt true everywhere. I got the price quoted without much hassle and did have to compromise a bit on my trade. But overall I couldn't be more pleased more

Henderson Hyundai is a 5 star in my book the people are very friendly and the customer service is excellent. When I was looking to purchase my Hyundai I called all the Hyundai dealership to try and get the best price and when I reached Henderson a girl by the name of Domino helped me out.She had a great attitude and was very helpful in answering all my questions and addressing my needs if I ever needed to buy another vehicle I would for sure go back there. I recommend anyone looking for a Hyundai should go to Henderson first....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you Henderson Hyundai I love my car!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

So I contacted Josephine regarding my search of a Santa Fe,I told her about my comminucation with Planet Hyundai on how they were telling that they can beat the deal I wanted and when I went there everything was different from what they said over the phone. Henderson Hyundai is actually a rip off?\r By Marc - Jan 5, 2010\r I visited the store saturday 1/2/10. we tlaked trade in on an older 1969 vw after test driving two cars I as interested in. I nticed three or four employees, looking around the car checking the vin , engine compartment and peering at the custom seats and ragtop. When I left they were to fax me a deal on three cars with a trade in. My steering wheeel cover, a racing wheel cover, about a 12 dollar item was actually stolen. They had control of the car on thier lot and when confronted all of a sudden nobody knew whom was looking at the car, the GM remain silent about making thing right and send me a check so I can replace an item stolen on his lot in the hands of his appraisal team. They dont own up to the responsibility and I can only imagine what the after sale servcie would be like! bsd upon the gen with simple CV boots and the scam they tried to run on him I would say..""STAY FAR away from Henderson HYUNDai"" cuase they are either thives or they are in a neighborhood of ...?
