I came in for maintenance on my 2009 Accent when Josephine called me and said Hyundai would like to buy my car back and put me in a 2012 model. Very weary, as I am with all dealerships, I went and spoke with her who matched me with a salesman who was very straight forward about the program and the loan I had through them. Needless to say, a few hours later, I was saying good bye to my Accent and driving off the lot with a 2012 Elantra! After some haggling, it ended up an awesome experience with my payments staying the same, lower finance rate including GAP insurance and not paying a penny on the maintenance my Accent was in the shop for. I am so happy with my new car and new loan. Overall I would recommend their service to anyone. Now their customer service in the maintenance department is another story... =)
