Greg Smith did a great job. 8/11/2017

Our office a/c was frozen up and we had to shut it down. This was the 2nd time in a year this had happened. This was the first time we had called Helms Heating & Air to help us. Greg found we had more trouble with our "inside" part of the system than the unit outside and worked very hard to clean and get the unit cooling again. We appreciate every effort he made even working after hours to get us cool again. more

Greg was fantastic! I really appreciated his professionalism and his patience in answering the many questions I had. Most importantly, I appreciated his honesty. Many out there are either transactional or treat you like just a number, but Greg took the time to make sure we were comfortable with each step and educated us on best practices. We will definitely use Helms Heating and Air for our home moving forward. - Brad more

Service call 7/25/2017

Service pro Greg Smith was very informative. He was cordial and patient as he tried to explain the possible problem with my air conditioner even though I didn't understand all of the technical terms. I am very appreciative that he helped me change my filter that I could not reach. I appreciate the very good professional service. Thank you. more
