My wife and I have been helping our daughter find a home. We have known Cathy Taylor for years but have never used her. Not sure why! Anyway we contacted her and talked to her about our daughter's needs for a home. We looked on-line and asked Cathy to show us a number of homes. Finally she said she had the perfect home for our daughter. She was right, it was perfect. Cathy has a way of figuring out the right home. Our daughter couldn't be happier. Thank you Cathy for making this a pleasant experience. more

The Best Real EstateCompany in Fort Worth 9/19/2015

I took a job out of state and needed to sell my home. A friend recommended Helen Painter and had used them for years. I called for the owner Dick Holmes and found out he was now retired and used his daughter, Cathy Taylor. When she came to my house she offered some things we could do to enhance the value. I took her advice and did the cosmetic things including painting and new counter tops. We replaced several appliances as well. Although it cost a few thousand dollars our return was over $30,000 when the house sold. We were so pleased. I am sorry to say that we probably won't be able to use Helen Painter again but if we ever move back Cathy Taylor will be the first person I call. more

Very competent agents 8/8/2005

My husband and I are on the market for a new house and we have contacted Helen Painter several times about homes we've seen. They've always gotten back to us in a timely manner and have been very polite, even when we decided the house wasn't for us. They have great listings all throughout Fort Worth, especially in the historical areas. My husband and I plan on using them for our inevitable home purchase within the next few years. This is a great locally owned business. Supporting locally owned businesses is always important to keep the local economy running strong! more
