I took a job out of state and needed to sell my home. A friend recommended Helen Painter and had used them for years. I called for the owner Dick Holmes and found out he was now retired and used his daughter, Cathy Taylor. When she came to my house she offered some things we could do to enhance the value. I took her advice and did the cosmetic things including painting and new counter tops. We replaced several appliances as well. Although it cost a few thousand dollars our return was over $30,000 when the house sold. We were so pleased. I am sorry to say that we probably won't be able to use Helen Painter again but if we ever move back Cathy Taylor will be the first person I call.
