I took my elderly mother into Heinsight and was pleasantly surprised by the service she received. Mr. Hein was patient and kind. My mother was very impressed by his calm, caring demeanor. I have been wearing glasses for years, and have never really been one to get excited about picking out a new pair. That is until I came to Heinsight Optical! From start to finish, the doctor and staff make you feel like you are right at home. The exam was very thourough, and I am sure glad I didn't have to get "the little air puff". As for frames, they have a wonderful selection! From thick plastic styles like Bebe and Coach, to full rimless frames by Silhouette. And I have seen similar frames at the big chains for 2 to 3 times more than the prices there at Heinsight... Quality at a GREAT price, who could ask for more?? \r \r Not only will I be a returning patient, but I will most definately recommend Heinsight Optical to all of my family and friends!! more

I feel that when I buy a product, that I will be putting in the middle of my face everyday.I want an optometrist that will take the time to help me find a comfortable,stylish product.I found the staff at HEINSIGHT meet my expectations. more

I stopped in to Heinsight Optical today to ask if they could help me with a simple request. I was greated by Dr. Hein with a rude "do you have an appointment?" I explained that my dog had chewed up my glasses and was wondering how hard it would be to get the lenses transfered to my other exact duplicate frames.\r \r He then ridiculed me in front of two other people that were there "where did you get the glasses? Why don't you go there? Why should I bother to help you?"\r \r To which I replied "I figured you could charge me for the service" he then said "it wasn't worth his time".\r \r I promptly left.\r \r I'm new to Milford, just bought a home a few block away from Heinsight Optical but I guess I won't be needing his services in the future. I can't belive he gets any business with an attitude like that.\r \r I understand where he's coming from, he rather have a big sale but by his actions he just lost a customer for life. He could have easily helped me or told me how to do it myself. more

What a great little place to buy glasses. They treated me like family. Very accomodating. I was extremely happy with my eye exam with a certified Optometrist! \r \r What a great had a great selection. I was able to get a really stylish pair of Bebe glasses for me and my daughter found some she liked too! \r \r I'm never going to a chain again. more

As far as optometrists go this one does go the extra mile for you however they are very overpriced. They do have a great variety of styles and products but they are not competive with the likes of the chain stores where you get a better price. more

This little eye doctor is tucked away right in the middle of Milford. It's in an old home so you get a friendly atmosphere. They are very knowledgeable & a great help. Kid friendly more
