I stopped in to Heinsight Optical today to ask if they could help me with a simple request. I was greated by Dr. Hein with a rude "do you have an appointment?" I explained that my dog had chewed up my glasses and was wondering how hard it would be to get the lenses transfered to my other exact duplicate frames.\r

He then ridiculed me in front of two other people that were there "where did you get the glasses? Why don't you go there? Why should I bother to help you?"\r

To which I replied "I figured you could charge me for the service" he then said "it wasn't worth his time".\r

I promptly left.\r

I'm new to Milford, just bought a home a few block away from Heinsight Optical but I guess I won't be needing his services in the future. I can't belive he gets any business with an attitude like that.\r

I understand where he's coming from, he rather have a big sale but by his actions he just lost a customer for life. He could have easily helped me or told me how to do it myself.
