Very disappointed, I have had several people recommend Heinen to me but I guess they never had any issues with what they bought. They where extremely nice when I was there to spend $6000 on a mower. I bought a used mower from them and used it twice only to have the computer go out on it. When I contacted the Spartan dealer about my mower they said that it was not working because the computer got water in it. Since I had never left it outside I know this was not my fault but I also knew that Heinen left their used mowers outside in the weather. I didn't think much of this until the Spartan dealer said that their mowers should not be left outside for this reason. When I called Heinen about the issue the first time a nice lady seemed very understanding and said that she would have someone call me back on Mon or Tues as it was Sat. I didn't receive a call from anyone so after a week I called on a Monday and was transferred to one of the most rude people I have every talked to. He was very uncaring and just kept saying we do not warranty used mowers. When I explained I understood but since it was stored improperly I thought maybe they would be able to help me out. He then said what do you want me to tell you we don't warranty used mowers. I said ok thanks but you don't need to be so rude about it. That you came highly recommended by friends and I didn't expect such uncaring service. He just repeated we don't warranty used mowers, do you need anything else? Completely unempathetic, rude and just crass customer service. I understand that they don't warranty used mowers after the first time it was said but did expect them to at least listen to my concern and show a bit of understanding for my situation even if it was out of my control or to even possible help me find someone that could fix it. I WILL NEVER SET FOOT ON THEIR PROPERTY AGAIN. There is no small town hospitality here!!!!!! BUYER BEWARE!
