Purchased a brand new Ferris zero and was led to believe this mower would mow on steep terrain with no problem. This is by far the truth. Unit is brand new with 4 hrs on it. I called the dealer and ask to work with me on a trade for something more suitable pertaining to my conditions. They said unfortunately we can't help you without willing to even try. They sure were happy to sell me the machine and I was there best buddy during this process. Now that the shoe is on the other foot they pretty well slammed the door in my face. Do your homework and just don't take the advice of someone selling the product. It's my own fault.
