Worst

I left with absolutley zero improvement for the reason I went in--a tight sore muscle in my upper back. I'm probably more tense afterwards because the therapist used such wrenchi...

Sadly Disappointed 8/28/2011

I had a recent experience here that has left a sour taste in my mouth. The service is always phenomenal, but when I was last there I left a watch behind after my heavenly massage and I know I left it there because I remember taking it off before my massage. I called 10 mins after I had left and there was no answer ( I was the last appointment of the night). I called first thing in the morning and was told that they would look around and speak with the night manager and call me back later. I didn't hear anything for 2 days so I decided to call them, the same girl who answered the first time that I had called answered again this time and when I asked about my missing watch she acted as though I was bothering her and said "NO WE DIDN'T FIND ANYTHING!" and basically hung the phone up WTF... Guilty conscious MAYBE??? I am sure she is the one wearing my watch right NOW!!! I have spent so much money at this spa ( usually go 2-3 times per month), but they just lost a very LOYAL customer that used to rave about them. So Sad! more

This massage saved me! After being on a 12 hour plane ride, I was in such pain that I could barely even walk. After visiting Heaven Massage I promised myself that Ill get a massage after every flight! more

The BEST Therapist Ever! 8/3/2011

There is something about the vibe that makes you feel like you walked into someplace special. It is truly an enchanting and elegant place Heaven Massage. Someplace friendly and every time I get a massage I feel so relaxed and sunny. What can I say that has not already been said? The therapists are truly the best. I have had bodywork for years and no one can compare with the amazing skill of these professionals. I have had some phenomenal massages here. And I am happy to say that unlike some other massage places, I have never had an unsatisfactory massage. All are good. Anthony, you are simply the best! I will definitely be back soon. I can't wait to go back. more

My wife is addicted to massages. She can have it everyday, only if we can afford it. I hate massages, it tickles me, I always end up tensed and uncomfortable. But for our wedding anniversary, I promised her that I'll join her this time. I was nervous at first, but the place is so relaxing, I feel better already the moment I stepped in. I was also surprised that it's different from what I was expecting. I was relaxed the whole time, I didn't feel ticklish and uncomfortable at all. I felt relaxed and relieved. One of the best dates we had for years. Now, I'll definitely come with her regularly. more

Back Saving Massage at Reasonable Price 4/15/2011

After sitting in a cramped coach airline middle seat for six hours my back hurt and my neck was stiff. On the way home from the airport my husband convinced me to drive straight from the airport to meet him for dinner. I drove by Heaven Massage on Ventura Blvd on my way. I usually only get a massage when I'm on vacation. After dinner I hobbled in and was fortunate that they could take me at 9:00PM. I don't recall the name of the woman that gave me my massage but she was great. As she touched my back she could tell exactly where I hurt. An hour latter I walked out straight and wondering why I don't get a massage more often. The massage was as good as I have ever had. The place was a godsend. I'll be back. more

Dr Wan Really Helped Me 1/16/2011

I've been having muscle spasm headaches for over a month. I tried acupuncture and cranial sacral therapy with another clinic...... none of it worked. I went to Kaiser and got a CT Scan which was normal so the Dr wanted to prescribe narcotics. But then I found Wan. After my first visit I was able to sleep much better and my headache was alleviated to a dull ache. He listened to my issues and was very knowledgable about muscles around my head and neck. Highly recommend this place and Wan. I will be going back for more. more

Best Massage - And Amazing Prices! 10/30/2010

I've been coming to Heaven for a little over a year now. Even having been a Valley resident most of my life, it was because of a neighbor who had moved in weeks before that I discovered this treasure. From the moment you walk through the door, the aroma puts you in a state of relaxation. You can request that your massage table be warmed, which in the winter months makes a huge difference. The staff is down to earth, friendly and sincere. I regret to say that I won't give up my "regular" masseuse, if only because a) I don't want all of his business appts to get booked to my detriment and b) I wouldn't want to discount the skills of any of the other therapists. I've been to the other competitors and I'm sorry, but I have no intentions of going back; Heaven is my place, and I need not look further. Of note, make sure you know what kind of massage you want and indicate it prior to starting. They have a tendency to do a basic swedish/thai if you don't say anything at all, which is still great, but I know people have their preferences. I suggest signing up for the mailers... :-) more

Heaven Massage is the classiest, cleanest center in LA 10/25/2010

I've been coming to Heaven Massage for over a year and I have always walked away with just what I needed... a fantastic, relaxing and healing experience. The tables are heated. The lights are dim. And the ambiance of the whole center is soothing. After the massages, you can choose either cool water or hot tea to take with you. The men and women giving the massages are professional and will tailor any massage for special needs. For example - I came in once with extreme lower back pain and my masseur told me it was kidney stones. (I was convinced it was just severe spasms and I did not believe him.) Sadly for me - it turned out that he was very right. I am happily on their mailing list and they regularly send out notices for further discounts. I've send several massage snobs to this place.. and they have thanked me. Its a really nice place to go for a massage. I'm grateful to have discovered Heaven Massage. /Christy more
