Review content:
I called about a leak in the shut off valve behind my washer. Water was coming from around the knob. I was told $45 service call fee was applied toward cost of repair. It turned out that the nuts on the pipe attached to the knob itself were loose, took the repairman 10 min max to tighten , and cost $170. I don’t mind paying for a plumbers time , but this wasn’t even close to an hour and wasn’t sure where the $45 went.
