I was very satisfied with the service I received from Healthy Home Heating & Cooling. He was right on time. I had asked about an april aire and was told that with the newness of the house, we shouldn't need it. He told me things to watch for this winter. I appreciated the honesty because he could have just told me I needed it and sold it to me. THANK YOU!!! more

When I finally went to turn my heat on - it didn't work. I followed the tips that Healthy Home posts to ensure the basic troubleshooting was covered before calling. When those options didn't work I called Healthy Home. They arrived at my house promptly and came back with the replacement part within a few hours. Staff took their time to get the job done right. The main issue was a dryer vent almost completely plugged and they were very successful. The dryer now works great. more

If something is broken, they fix it. Not only do they do quality work but you can trust the suggestions that they give you. My husband and I found ourselves with a broken central air system in the middle of what seemed to be a heat wave this summer. We immediately called Healthy Home and they were here on time as promised. They found that it was beyond repair and that replacement was needed. Our budget was tight and we were relieved to know that we could do a very low cost finance. The young man that Russ sent out was not only knowledgeable in the diagnosis process, but was very clear and understandable about our options. He didn't try to push us to buy the most expensive unit and he explained the entire process including warranty. We had our system installed the next day and I cannot say enough about Healthy Home Heating and Cooling. They really deliver on their promises. more

I decided to use Healthy Home Heating & Cooling because they are local. I had a tight deadline and they were very accommodating. My experience with them was excellent. I worked with Russ, who explained everything to me very clearly. He replaced the heat exchanger and did all of the work for the warranty on the part, so that I did not have to do anything. He also was very quick in doing the work. In fact, he did it the morning after I called them. I did not get any other estimates so I can only say that the pricing seemed average. My realtor said it did not seem to be high. I would definitely recommend Healthy Home. I thought they were very fair in giving me options and not pushing me either way to do one thing or another. more
