I was very dissapointed with the service at the gym. The staff is lacking in customer service and not very helpful. The facility is not very clean and is definitely not worth $70.00 a month. I was told that the machines are set with low resistance so you have to lift almost doule the weight to get the same effect. The bathrooms are often unkempt and have a msuky smell. I have belonged to several gyms as I move alot and this experience was the worst. I was happy when my membership ended. more

The customer service is definitely lacking here. I questioned a staff member about my account expiration and she said it would expire at the end of the month- that it wouldn't renew. At the beginning of the following month my account was charged again, so I called in and asked about it. When I told the director what the staff member had told me he basically called me a liar and refused to do anything about the extra charge. They obviously have their priorities mixed up. more

The health club is waaayyyy too crowded. The fitness classes are awesome but not enough of them and they start late. They only have one early morning class a week!\r Definitely need one early class at least 3 x a week for those who iWork or go to school! more

Although i do enjoy the facility, I find that most of the staff is not customer oriented. A lot of the ""coaches"" are young and do not know how to interact with their clients. Customer service classes for these individuals would do wonders for the center's reputation. more

Not what I had expected... 9/2/2011
