Worst Massage Ever! 12/18/2010

I made an appointment for a 1 hour deep tissue massage and asked specifically for someone who was very good at deep tissue. She was 15 minutes late, ended 40 minutes later, and would only use 1 thumb from 1 hand at a time, so that she would alternate thumbs. She had awful technique. I kept wanting to tell her to go back to here massage school and ask for her money back because they clearly did not teach her how to give a good massage. I kept asking for more pressure, which she tried to do but she had exhausted her hands do much that they were shaking by the end. There was a screaming child in the lobby for the first 15 minutes of my awful massage. I tried to complain at the end of my massage, and the lady at the front desk just blew me off. They also did not ask me if I had any medical problems, I don't, but thought that was something that every massage therapist is supposed to ask their clients. I will never go back. It was an awful experience. more

Three strikes 10/2/2010

Both my boyfriend and I visited this spa and had awful experiences. On my first visit, I had a facial schedule. The staff member was running late-45 minutes late. I was the brought back for my facial which lasted only 40 minutes so that she could leave for the evening. I was never offered anything to drink or any compensation for waiting for that long and then receiving less than I paid for, My next visit was for a manicure. On time this visit, however it was the worst manicure that I had. The color chipped before I left and I would have asked to have it touched up, however the staff member left me to dry and never returned. I waited for 15 minutes for her return and there wasn't anyone at the desk to assist me in finding her. My boyfriend visited for a massage and the service for that treatment ended 10 minutes earliere than what we paid for. I attempted to call a manager on each poor visit SIX times and was always told that she wasn't in and to call back as she doesn't read her messages. Maybe this is the reason that this salon is beyond terrible, unprofessional, running late, and is the opposite of customer oriented. If you want a terrible spa visit where they short change you, this is the spa for you. i will NEVER go back more

Massages galore! 11/4/2005

Very helpful staff and calming atmosphere! Everything was clean and well taken care of. They really make you feel like family not just another dollar. waiting area is small , but into the service area is big and clean more

Headliners Salon 9/29/2005

Headliners is a great place to go for some pampering! They have great stylists who don't just cut your hair, but go the full 9 yards. They recently moved to a new facility which is beautiful. Everything is top notch there. The prices seem high, but I'm sure they are competitive for that sort of establishment. PROS: They always offer you a drink and are helpful CONS: Spa prices are high, kind of "uppity" more

Exceptional ! 6/4/2005

My experience at Headliners was exceptional to say the least. Just recently I received a Gift certificate for a spa visit. To my delight, my 3 hour Renew Package was executed by a quiet, courteous and friendly staff. There were no delays and I did not feel that I was being "rushed" from room to room. The massage was divine, the facial was expertly executed and the pedicure could have lasted forever! I felt like a queen, to say the least. The desk staff reminded me that some spring specials were ending at the end of the month. I purchased a gift package for my mother and sister...so they could luxuriate together. I will definitely book a massage for my husband for Father's Day to return his favor...and who knows, I just might included a facial, too. I definitely feel renewed as the package promised. Perfect! 11/29/2004

I've been to Headliners on many occasions. I get my hair done, my hair cut, my hair colored, manicures and pedicures there, and I've always been very satisfied with the service and the staff! My appointments are timely, and are fit to my schedule. The staff there not only is helpful, but so nice! I never felt any pressure to buy any of the products sold there. Excellent service, excellent staff, excellent atmosphere, excellent results...I give two thumbs up! Pros: Friendly Staff, Excellent Results, Timely Manner more
