Review content:
I made an appointment for a 1 hour deep tissue massage and asked specifically for someone who was very good at deep tissue. She was 15 minutes late, ended 40 minutes later, and would only use 1 thumb from 1 hand at a time, so that she would alternate thumbs. She had awful technique. I kept wanting to tell her to go back to here massage school and ask for her money back because they clearly did not teach her how to give a good massage. I kept asking for more pressure, which she tried to do but she had exhausted her hands do much that they were shaking by the end. There was a screaming child in the lobby for the first 15 minutes of my awful massage. I tried to complain at the end of my massage, and the lady at the front desk just blew me off. They also did not ask me if I had any medical problems, I don't, but thought that was something that every massage therapist is supposed to ask their clients. I will never go back. It was an awful experience.
