Best Hair Extensions ANYWHERE 2/26/2008

I had gone to Splash since doors opened. My stylist moved out of state. Went to owner and then to Lush. Never satisfied and way toooooo expensive and caddy but when it comes to my hair I will spend anything if it is worth it. Found Headcase salon and it has been a dream. I am hair CRAZY and Melissa does an amazing job. I have hair extensions in and they are way better (and much cheaper) than the great lengths I had put in at Splash ans Lush. The place is so classy and upscale but not at all caddy. They now have the best stylist from Lush there and she is amazing!!!!! I urge anyone to please go there. It is truly the best salon on the north side or anywhere. more

I love my hair...Melissa rocks! 2/18/2008

Okay, I admit it--I am REALLY picky when it comes to my hair! I went to several other salons in the Carmel/Westfield area before I finally found Headcase, and wasn't satisfied with the services I received from any of them. But Melissa, the owner of Headcase, was an answer to prayer! She has always given me exactly what I was looking for and is a really talented stylist. At my last appointment, we added some highlights at the last minute and they turned out perfectly. I am thrilled with the way my hair looks, and it's always a pleasure to go to Headcase. I am happy to drive a little further to receive such excellent service. Oh, and the salon looks great too--modern and calming with 2 great product lines (Bumble and bumble and Aveda). I highly recommend Melissa at Headcase to anyone who is looking for someone who can create beautiful and stylish hair! Pros: Everything is great. I particularly love the scalp massage at the beginning of the service! Cons: Nothing, really. more

Best Color Ever 10/15/2007

I walked in this place so nervous because I had just moved to Indy and was scared to try a new stylist. To ease my nerves I was immediately greeted and offered a beverage. I was also eased by the trendy building and decor. Luckily my stylist was easy to talk to and communication was great. I left with what might have been the best color and haircut I have ever had. I couldnt stop smiling and my husband absolutly loved it. Thanks and I will be seeing you in 6 weeks! Pros: everything Cons: nothing more

A Professionals Best Friend! 5/4/2007

As a busy sales professional, I have to be looking my best at all times for my clients and prospects. Since I started going to headcase and having Jill do my hair, I have gotten more compliments on it than ever before. If you need to look your best and your income depends on it, go see Jill ASAP!! Super Salon!! 4/15/2007

I usually go to a Great Clips or something along those lines but I saw an add in the paper for Headcase Salon so I decided to give it a try. Being a guy I didn't expect a whole lot just getting a haircut. I made my appointment with Jess. From begining to end I was suprised at the great treatment I got. The head massage, shampoo, hot towel, and haircut was AWESOME!!! Jess really knew what she was doing. My haircut was excellent. Pros: Great Location and great staff!!! more

Mens hair genius! 3/21/2007

I have always walked into salons and jokingly said ""can you give me a new style"". I am a guy and have always been told that there wasnt much different that could be done because it was already short. I was completely blown away when Jess actually changed my style AND I can do it myself at home. Your awesome girl and anyone looking for a new style should check her out. Salon I would trust with my mothers hair 1/20/2007

I've been a client of the Headcase salon since its inception in January of 2006, when my stylist opened it. The ambiance has always been light hearted and fun. I have gone through my share of bad salon experiences prior to finding the best fit. I have recommended the Headcase Salon to my mother, sister and other family friends in the area. Everyone who has come to the Salon to get their hair done has become a loyal customer. I also have used their new aesthetican, who is very detail conscious and does a great job. They now have a new location in Noblesville and I drive from Carmel for their superior service. I also purchase the Bumble and Bumble products that they carry. Pros: Staff, Ambiance more

Fabulous Hair Salon 1/19/2007

I have a had some great experiences at Headcase Salon in Noblesville. Missy McCoy, the owner and my personal great hairstylist is doing everything right at her new salon. Customers are pampered with a scalp massage and hot towel after having their hair washed. When I have color done on my hair, I am treated to a hand massage. I use to have my hair style the same way for 20 years. But, Missy gave me a fun, age apropriate cut that makes me feel 10 years younger! Customer Service is the word here! You are in charge. Your visit can be a silent, relaxing haircut and color, or you can chat away and laugh through the processing time. The services are top notch! Pros: The staff can give you suggestions if you have no idea what to do with your hair. more

Super Haircuts and Color in a great atmosphere 1/19/2007

I have been going to the owner Melissa for about 5 years and I never have to tell her what to do because she is the ""authority on hair"" and I completly trust her. She also tells me when I need to maintain my brows and I appreciate that. I love the atmosphere everyone seems to get along really well and is very nice and willing to do whatever it takes to make you comfortable and enjoy your visit (the wine that they offer doesn't hurt either). Her new salon is very cool, a little further for me to travel but well worth it. Congratulations and Good Luck in your new venture. I went to this salon at my wife's prompting, and I'm so glad I did. She had told me about the neck massages and ""hot towel"" treatments, so I decided to check it out. I received the best haircut I had ever gotten. Being male, I didn't feel at all out of place as I have at other salons and I loved that my appointment time was honored and I was not kept waiting.
