Okay, I admit it--I am REALLY picky when it comes to my hair! I went to several other salons in the Carmel/Westfield area before I finally found Headcase, and wasn't satisfied with the services I received from any of them. But Melissa, the owner of Headcase, was an answer to prayer! She has always given me exactly what I was looking for and is a really talented stylist. At my last appointment, we added some highlights at the last minute and they turned out perfectly. I am thrilled with the way my hair looks, and it's always a pleasure to go to Headcase. I am happy to drive a little further to receive such excellent service. Oh, and the salon looks great too--modern and calming with 2 great product lines (Bumble and bumble and Aveda). I highly recommend Melissa at Headcase to anyone who is looking for someone who can create beautiful and stylish hair!
Pros: Everything is great. I particularly love the scalp massage at the beginning of the service!
Cons: Nothing, really.
