I have no idea why the other people rated this shop so poorly but I guess everyone has a bad experience sometime. This place is very small but that did not matter to me. I was looking for a qulaity installation. I had this shop work on three of my vehicles. I have to say I was very happy with the quality of work they did and the products they used (installation wire quality). They may be a little more then the big box stores when it comes to price but the old saying is you get what you pay for. They have installed a amp and a head unit in my bronco and 2 of my f150s. I only had 1 minor issue with the installation (installing remote door locks) but it was quicky resolved. The customer service was excellent and the installation prices were reasonable ( I brought my own stuff). I would reccomend this place because of the individual customer service.(unlike the big box stores such as best buy). Pros: Great service Cons: none more

Yea, definately a terrible place to go for fast, friendly and reliable customer service. i made the mistake of going there a few times and each time my experience was terrible. i think the owner could care less if he stayed in business or not because he was very rude. a friend of mine turned me on to another local car audio shop in pittsfield located on east st. since then i've been very comfortable with my aftermarket experiences. Hard to believe that this business stays open!! Yet not really...it charges you upfront through the nose then won't stand behind the products!!! I deal with MANY local automotive related business' and this is the ONLY one that could care less if you come back to them or not. Great products, LOUSY technical staff and TERRIBLE customer service.
