Yea, definately a terrible place to go for fast, friendly and reliable customer service. i made the mistake of going there a few times and each time my experience was terrible. i think the owner could care less if he stayed in business or not because he was very rude. a friend of mine turned me on to another local car audio shop in pittsfield located on east st. since then i've been very comfortable with my aftermarket experiences.
Pros: nice line of products
Cons: slow, unfriendly, lack of knowledge
