I have no idea why the other people rated this shop so poorly but I guess everyone has a bad experience sometime. This place is very small but that did not matter to me. I was looking for a qulaity installation. I had this shop work on three of my vehicles. I have to say I was very happy with the quality of work they did and the products they used (installation wire quality). They may be a little more then the big box stores when it comes to price but the old saying is you get what you pay for. They have installed a amp and a head unit in my bronco and 2 of my f150s. I only had 1 minor issue with the installation (installing remote door locks) but it was quicky resolved. The customer service was excellent and the installation prices were reasonable ( I brought my own stuff). I would reccomend this place because of the individual customer service.(unlike the big box stores such as best buy).
