This company was amazing! We had a horrible experience with a well-known brand previously, so I was reading reviews to find a new one. Hays was perfect.
We called because our A/C was turning on but would not cool. When Xavier took my call, he was professional and compassionate. He heard my youngest daughter (age 2 1/2) talking in the background and immediately looked to get us an earlier appointment.
Mike came out, he was professional and courteous, and it took him only a few minutes to know what the problem was. Unfortunately, the part that was needed was a week away. We paid for the 2 day shipping to get the part here, but we were still going to be without air conditioning for 2 days. In 100 degree weather, apparently nobody involved thought this was ok. The very next morning, at 10 am, I received a phone call that the part had gotten there earlier than expected and they were scheduling it to be installed that evening. Mike arrived an hour ahead of schedule and installed the part well within the estimated time. He even checked to make sure it was working properly and cleaned out before getting ANY payment details.
Let me reiterate that for anyone that didn't catch it. They put a rush order on a part without any payment information. I was flabbergasted. This is the way to do business. True professionals and their customer service is the best I've seen. Thank you, Hays.
