you will never find a better and more honest company 7/18/2017

What a please to find this company after having a terrible experience the year before with an unscrouplous company install an air conditioner for us last year. Chris and his whole team were so kind to us and helped us to straighten out all of the problems the other company caused. They restored our faith in people again. Would not use anyone else and will tell all my family and friends the same thing. more

Recommend Hays Plumbing and Drain 7/17/2017

We called on Hays to help fix a hot water pressure issue at the house. They were able to get a technician over to our house within 2 hours of us placing the call. Chas quickly was able to trouble shoot to determine the cause of the issue. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I recommend Chas and the Hays team to solve and fix your plumbing needs. more

Excellent service from Field Technician Dominique. He took time to answer our questions and explain what he did in servicing our A/C. He also explained what he might look for in determining the possibility of problems. I will use Hays Cooling & Heating, again! more

Great service 6/26/2017

Our AC went out at 7:30pm on the hottest day in June on record. After calling Hays they sent Jerry S out and he was there by 9pm and out AC was working by 9:30pm. Thank you for continuing to have the best customer service out there. Great technicians every time, office staff is friendly and prices are very reasonable. more

New A/C Unit installed and excellent follow-up. 6/2/2017

Very pleased with the new heat pump and air handler system. From the sales to the installation and follow-up, this is an honest hard working company who offers great products,fair price, excellent quality work, and oversight to make sure everything is done the right way, the way it should be. Jerry S. did a thorough QA system f/u, was very knowledgeable and addressed all of my questions. Friends of mine referred me to this company and I'll do the same. more

Hay's provides excellent customer service and "Mike" is an outstanding technician. I won't trust my HVAC needs to any other company. It's increasingly difficult to find reputable service companies like Hay's. It pays to call Hay's. more

I was treated with respect and informed completely what my service would be and given detailed information about what he was going to do. I have been dealing with Hays A/C for 7 years and would highly recommend them to anyone for replacement of your A/C - furnace or any other repairs you might need. more

service contract 4/19/2017

justin p arrived on time as scheduled, proceeded to house with booties in hand prior to entering house. checked filter and thermostate for operational condition, advised to check filter every month even thou we had 90 day filter installed. this he advised would help protect life of equipment. he then proceeded to service the split system and after advise us of condition of equiptment. he was very careful when placeing ladder against house and landscape area. a very personable tech pleasure to do business with. more

Thorough AC Check-up 3/8/2017

Another thorough AC check-up by Hayes Cooling. No sales pressure technicians, which I find very comforting. Even though my units are over 20 years old, the techs gladly went through their routines to verify everything was functioning properly. more

Mike Davison and the Hays team are great. Although they were running late, they called to let us know and did everything to make sure our water heater was replaced in no time. They are great to work with, honest and reliable. more
