When our 19 year old air conditioning system went down for the second time in 6 days we decided it was time to search for a new system. Our requirements: a great product and an equally great install/maintenance company. And we found both when we hired Hays Cooling and Heating. Our salesman, Bill, was professional, knowledgeable and patiently answered our questions. Install went well and was scheduled for the day after we made our decision. The follow-up to the install, just checking the system and fine-tuning anything he felt could have been done better, was a real plus and JR the Head of Install who came out to the house was another professional, courteous, knowledgeable employee of Hays. We are very pleased with our new Trane system and very glad to have found a great coolig and heating company in Hays! Karen Chamberlain
