The items were never even ordered, despite three separate people confirming different arrival dates of a kitchen table and 4 chairs. They had no problem taking my money out that very day, but over two months later and still nothing - no phone calls, no letters, no cancellation notice/refund on my credit card. Everyone I spoke with was extremely unprofessional, disorganized, and clearly grasping at straws for every question I gave them. This place is an absolute rip off, and though the quality of furnishings might have proven to be worth some hassle, it's certainly not acceptable to treat customers this way and to never deliver on promises. There were 5 missed phone appointments from two different people, and they have absolutely no accountability because their phone system is designed to loop you around indefinitely. In all likelihood, they may be betting on the idea that you'll forget that you even ordered something, and that you might just let them keep your money. I will never shop here again, and neither will any of my 2,300 co-workers. \r

UPDATE: In order to send my refund, they requested my SECURITY CODE from the back of my VISA, and when I refused, they called twenty minutes later to say that they didn't need it. They don't call when you are paying them good money for their products, but they seem to finally get on the ball when you want your money back. Damage control, I expect.
Pros: Wide selection of certain types of furniture.
Cons: Terrible Customer Service (both in store and after purchase), and their inability to order/deliver a product.
