Hello, I recently started at Haynes. I decided to research what customers think of Haynes. I was shocked to see that there are so many negative reviews. I just want to let you all know that when you walk through that front door you are the highest priority. I am there to make a living and when you purchase furniture thats how we get a paycheck. I cant believe that a few of you walked around and couldnt get help. That makes me sick to my stomach. I know Haynes is very large and does a lot of business. Sometimes some things happen where it might upset a customer. I will do any and everything to make your experience a pleasant one. That is my promise to you and to my employer. I hope that all these reviews dont steer you away from Haynes. You could purchase your furniture from any store but I hope you at least give us a try. \r
