Review content:
The folks at Hawkeye have always been very helpful but the service has not been what we expected. Can't view cameras on our smart TV. Can't view cameras on my iMac because the vendor they use for cameras is not compatible. Seems to work well with our SmartPhones but keeping it up and running has been a bit of a chore requiring me to have more technical knowledge than I wanted to have to learn. Let me however stress how helpful and cooperative the employees have all been. The installation guys were amazing putting forth great effort to make this system work.
