I have been going to Merhdad for over a decade. 3 personal cars, and multiple family members as well have seen his shop. Merhdad is the one and only reason I have been with my mechanic this long, he is the most honest, reputable, reasonable, and down-to-earth mechanic you could know. I could tell you about how another mechnic screwed me and Merhdad fixed it, I could tell you about Merhdad getting me the best price on parts, and explaining why the cheapest component is sometimes the best, and why sometimes it's not, or I could tell you when he will tell you its ok to do it yourself (spark plugs) and not ok (water pump behind the engine). But don't take my word for it, go, meet Merhdad, get your work done right, and tell him Dave says hi. more

ON 4/2/2011, I VISITED YOUR ESTABLISHMENT FOR THE FIRST AND LAST TIME!!! I WENT IN FOR OIL CHANGE AND YOUR OFFICE MANAGER (ROBERT) DID RECOMMEND TO HAVE THE POWER STEERING AND TRANSMISSION FLUID CHANGE. IT TOOK NAPA THREE TRIPS TO BRING THE CORRECT PARTS. THE JOB SHOULD'VE TAKEN 2 1/2 TO 3 HOURS. I WAS THERE FOR 5 HOURS!! ROBERT NEVER SAID SORRY FOR THE DELAY OR THANK YOU FOR MY PATIENCE. YOU HAVE HORRBILE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND TO VISIT YOUR ESTABLISHMENT. I WOULD GO TO JIFFY LUBE BEFORE I VISIT HAVEN AUTO REPAIR EVER AGAIN!!! Haven Auto Repair did my air conditioner, brakes, a water pump, and an oil pan. I had quite a bit done there. Somebody had used them for the air conditioner so I went down there. I went back a second time because I liked the owner. I talked to him and he seemed like a nice guy, and he was honest. I also was pleased with the work the first time. more
