ON 4/2/2011, I VISITED YOUR ESTABLISHMENT FOR THE FIRST AND LAST
TIME!!! I WENT IN FOR OIL CHANGE AND YOUR OFFICE MANAGER (ROBERT) DID
RECOMMEND TO HAVE THE POWER STEERING AND TRANSMISSION FLUID CHANGE. IT
TOOK NAPA THREE TRIPS TO BRING THE CORRECT PARTS. THE JOB SHOULD'VE
TAKEN 2 1/2 TO 3 HOURS. I WAS THERE FOR 5 HOURS!! ROBERT NEVER SAID
SORRY FOR THE DELAY OR THANK YOU FOR MY PATIENCE. YOU HAVE HORRBILE
CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND TO VISIT YOUR ESTABLISHMENT.
I WOULD GO TO JIFFY LUBE BEFORE I VISIT HAVEN AUTO REPAIR EVER
AGAIN!!!
