When we were deciding which company to hire to install the forced air HVAC system in our brand new house, which was under construction, Mark Hottel, one of the owners, was attentive and enthusiastic. He assured us that we would love Hottel?s forced air system because, he said, the system would be quiet, even and comfortable. But his attentiveness and enthusiasm changed when we moved into the new house and started telling Hottel that we had problems: parts of the house were unbearably stuffy or too cold or too hot.
