Review content:
I am not a frequent review writer, but wanted to share my experience of problems we had with Harvey Hottel heating and air conditioning. Since then, they have installed a new hvac unit and maintained another. \r \r the problems arose when the equipment they installed stopped working. we made an appointment and they (Maria) indicated that all parts were covered under a full five year warranty. when they came out, they replaced the broken equipment and charged us. when i brought this to the attention of the service manager (Pat), he indicated that not everything is covered under a full parts warranty, just certain things - like things that don't break. when i pressed him on this, he would not budge. i had them come back out and put in our old parts and we cancelled our contracts.\r \r slight of hand is no way to run a business. if hh tells a customer something is covered under a warranty,
