We took our TV in on 9/16/10 for service. Paid $80.00 that is required fee and deposit to perform a diagnosis. This was promised, in writing, to be complete in aprox 5-7 days. Unf...

Great customer service. 7/14/2015

Hartshorn TV and Appliance has repaired a few appliances for us over the years. They've worked with the washer, dryer, etc. I can count on them to get any of our appliances repaired. They are very reliable. When I call about issues there's a quick response, and they can come out within a day or two. Hartshorn gets the job done and at a good price. more

Fast, Detailed, Clean-Work, and Good Price! 4/15/2015

Hartshorn TV and Appliance were great when we were having a problem with our water heater. Someone else gave us a quote twice as high with twice as much hassle but Hartshorn was able to come in and mange everything, replacing our water heater within the realm of the manufacturer's warranty. Their prices were very reasonable and I highly recommend them! more

Washer and Dryer 4/14/2015

Techinician John has been out to repair first my dryer and now my washer. Both times he knew exactly what the problem was and repaired them. No gimmicks here just wonderful service! I will always call them for any repairs I need. more

Hartshorn TV and Appliance put in a water heater for me. I called in and three hours later he was here and a couple of hours after the heater was in. Previously, I used them for a refrigerator repair. He is very good at what he does; treated me right and would definitely call back again with any other appliance repair. more

Very positive 11/25/2013

Hartshorn TV and Appliance came out when they said they would. I would definitely use them again. There was something wrong with my freezer and instead of having to unload everything myself, he helped me and showed me what to do if it happened again. He was very helpful. more

I think practically every appliance I have I got from them. When I call and need service they come. That's more than anyone else will do now days, and that's why I go back to them. I tend to try to support small businesses and they do a good job. more

I've had them out for a couple different things. Usually John comes out. It's really refreshing to have someone come into your home who is not giving you the run around, who is honest and willing to tell you the truth. I don't find a lot of that with contractors and service people. It was very nice to have someone like that. more

Great customer service, professional workers. 9/10/2012

Most recently we were having a lot of problems with the dryer, Hartshorn came right out and fixed everything. The mechanic guy that came out was great. Another time I had to get a part for my fridge, it was an older fridge that I like a lot. I need a part for the shelf, and they found 1 of 2 available parts in the US and were able to bring my fridge back to life. We also used them to fix our washer. It turned out there was a hole in the wall and there wasn't really any way to fix it. He sold me a speed queen which is the one they use in laundromats so it won't wear out. It was installed very nicely and I'm very happy with it. more

Just a real reliable company 8/15/2012

I've bought a few appliances from Hartshorn TV and Appliance and I've had them come a few times to fix appliances. They come when they said they will come, do the job quickly and do good work. They don't mess your house up in the process, they're just a real reliable company. more

Rafael is wonderful. 7/10/2012

We have dealt with Rafael from Hartshorn TV and Appliance for years and years and years. My mom hired them before I owned the house. He is really polite and so nice. There was another gentleman who came out once, but we only have Rafael come out now. He's more my kind of person. Rafael has made it for us. He worked on our air conditioning and our distiller in the past. Another guy did the washer, but we'd rather call someone else. Rafael, however, worked on our air conditioning and heater quite a bit. If I had more money, I would hire Hartshorn to come out regularly. more

Great family owned business, honest and reasonable, I have used for past 20 years 6/15/2012

I have been using Hartshort TV and Appliance for about 20 years now and they fix what I need fixing, they are reasonable, and they are polite. I trust them, I think they are friendly, and they always accommodate my schedule and needs. I am usually sent the same technician so I have been able to build trust and a rapport with him. The office staff are very nice as well and this is a great family owned business. more

A gentleman from Hartshorn TV and Appliance came over to repair a TV. He gave his honest opinion, which was that the TV was old and that I should get a new one because the old one wouldn't be worth the money to fix it, which was true. I told him thanks for being honest, and that was about it. more

Knowledgeable, conscientious, and hardworking, but they didn't have to order the parts before completing a repair. 11/16/2011

To qualify my ratings, first of all, I think one of the service people at Hartshorn TV and Appliance, a man named Raphael, is particularly knowledgeable and extremely conscientious and hardworking. I request him whenever possible. The objection and frustration I have with the company is that when they come out and diagnose the problems, saying what's wrong and what you need, they have to order the part. I would like the company to have parts on the vehicles so they can just go out to the curb and pick up the magic part I need so I don't have to make two appointments and make sure I'm home within a certain time. I would like them to get it all done at one time, and if they had stock on the vehicle I think they could do it. D. Rae more

Hartshorn TV and Appliance is wonderful! I've been with them for probably 15 years or more, and I would recommend them because they are honest and fair They have repaired TVs, stoves, dishwashers, and refrigerators for me. They always know what they're doing, and they charge a fair price. I just think they're wonderful! more

I have been in business with Hartshorn TV and Appliance for over twenty years. They are very forthright about their products and prices. I buy from them because their field techs are extremely well qualified, and I know that they will be able to address any issues that may arise. When I need an appliance, I almost always get it from Hartshorn. Most recently, I bought a dishwasher, which they also installed. They are responsive, try to fill your needs, and will work with you. I have used Hartshorn TV and Appliance several times now. Most recently, I called them to have my washing machine repaired. They kept their schedule, and the repairman was very nice. He explained what he was doing, and answered any questions I had. They are always really nice and helpful. If you are still trying to find a repair service that works for you, stop looking and give Hartshorn a call. more

A family-run company with excellent service. 7/20/2011

I have never had any trouble with Hartshorn TV and Appliance in the 25 years that I have been using them. They are a family-run, local business, and we try to use local businesses whenever we can. And they make it easy to go to them, because they will match the big box company prices. The people at Hartshorn are there to work for you, and will try hard to find you good deals. I will do my homework first, and when I tell them what I'm look for, they make it happen. They also have very good warranties, and will actually honor them. Everyone at Hartshorn is pleasant to deal with, and personable. The service is great, and I have nothing negative to say about them. I will continue to go there first. more
