They charged me $700 and took weeks to repair the ignition on my boat. Two days later I had to take it to another boat mechanic with 40 years experience. He told me Harrisons used the wrong new parts, replaced parts that did not need to be replaced and charged too much for the parts they did install. He told me my complete boat engine igniton system would have shorted out in a matter of days ruining all the new parts they had installed. more

It was fun shopping for a new boat thanks to the staff at Harrison's. What they have to offer puts them far above the competition. I appreciate that they were straightforward and it was great working with everyone. more

My wife and I just bought a boat here and I have to say that at Harrison's Marine the employees were very helpful, and listened to what we wanted and what we were looking for. This whole boat shopping thing was actually fun and a great experience. more

They were great to deal with! The boat was coming from out of the country and they were much quicker on the paperwork than I was, nut still patient with me. This wont be the last boat I buy but I will come back for their service. Thanks to the Harrisons team for making things easy. more

They sold me a boat with none of the gauges working properly. The starter had to be fixed the same day I bought the boat and I also had to replace the fuel pump. When I brough the boat back to get the gauges fixed I was told they would cover everything because the boat was given to me in this condition... 3 days later I pick up the boat and they charged me 200$$!!!! Whoever does their "50 point inspection" needs to get their eyes checked. This company's lucky I didn't do anything crazy more

They damaged my boat cover (perfect condition) during a service and the owner (Rob Dole) initially told me that he would either replace it or try and fix it due to his negligence of leaving it outside during in the rain. Since the boat cover was so damaged I asked for them to replace it. I waited several weeks to hear from them with no response. I contacted Rob and he then chaged his mind and only offered to pay for 1/2. I reminded him of what he initially offered and he told me to take it or leave it. I advised him that wasn't his initial deal with me and he hung up on me. I have reported him the the BBB and also my attorney has tried to contact him with no response. Please be aware of this company - they do not honor their promises. Also when I picked up my boat after the service they forgot to put back the plug. If I hadn't notice this the boat would have sunk. I would never recommend this company. You have been warned. Do not shop or have your boat services here. more

Good: We bought a 23' Malibu. The deal was better than we could find anywhere in California, Nevada or Oregon.. Bad: No issues at all. They were fun to deal with.. Improvements: They gave us a cool starter kit.. Other: It makes the biggest wake that we have ever seen. Awesome!!!. more

Good: Service department was very knowledgeable and delivered my boat on time per the estimate. They even cleaned my boat.. Bad: All employees were polite and knowledgeable. No complaints.. Improvements: I had to wait three minutes while the service advisor took one phone call. I guess they may need more help on the phones.. Other: My family and I have gone to them for several years and we will continue to do so.. more

We purchased two boats from Harrison's Marine when I was growing up. The first boat was a used boat, which we ended up trading in for a brand new custom made Sea Ray. That was in 1991. My Dad still til this day has the boat, and will not sell it. This boat has some hours on it, but is still in terrific shape. When purchasing the boat, the staff at Harrison's Marine went out of their way to make sure my younger brother and I were ok while my parents went through the purchasing papers. Not to mention, our boat is fantastic! more
