They damaged my boat cover (perfect condition) during a service and the owner (Rob Dole) initially told me that he would either replace it or try and fix it due to his negligence of leaving it outside during in the rain. Since the boat cover was so damaged I asked for them to replace it. I waited several weeks to hear from them with no response. I contacted Rob and he then chaged his mind and only offered to pay for 1/2. I reminded him of what he initially offered and he told me to take it or leave it. I advised him that wasn't his initial deal with me and he hung up on me. I have reported him the the BBB and also my attorney has tried to contact him with no response. Please be aware of this company - they do not honor their promises. Also when I picked up my boat after the service they forgot to put back the plug. If I hadn't notice this the boat would have sunk. I would never recommend this company. You have been warned. Do not shop or have your boat services here.
