WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!\r \r We purchased a Vespa scooter from Harrison Imports in Bountiful. Cory was very rude and arrogant. Because of him we would never go there again. Nor will we recommend Harrison Imports to anyone. Too bad because some of the sales people (Jimmy) were nice but because of Cory Lovoi we would never do business with Harrison again. more

It was a pleasure working with Corey from Harrison Imports. The service was excellent. I had a Vespa shipped from Utah to Pennsylvania. I was told it could cost as much as a certain amount, which I paid. Imagine my surprise when I received a $200 refund because the shipping was not as much as was estimated! All the documents were received right away and Corey even called me on his day off to make sure everything was received as expected. What a great experience. Service is a word that is rewritten by Harrison Imports (ask for Corey!). more

I was very pleased with my experience from these guys. they were very competitively priced and they went the extra mile after the sale to put new brakes and rotors on my car. I would use them again as there service was by far the best experience I have had buying a car!!! more

Just got a range rover, couldnt ask for more!\r \r They were helpful the whole way through, and even though they had to charge dealer prices, I still got a better deal than anything on KSL. more

I have purchased several cars from Harrison Imports through the years (a Land Rover, a BMW, and a Nissan.) I have had very good experiences with them. They sell their cars for a good price, and have treated me fairly. more

Come on in to Harrison Imports, AKA, the Lemonade Stand. Except minus the ade part. They say that they have their mechanics check out each vehicle and pass it off as Certified until one month later you have a tire blow out because it's so worn, the seat and steering wheel won't adjust, and the suspension goes out. I had high hopes for the local guy, but have learned my lesson. They are as small as they are for a reason, they can't compete with the big guys service and professionalism. They apparently don't care about return business. They are concerned with making the sale and that's about it. more

WORST CAR DEALERSHIP IN UTAH! 2/12/2012

Bought a SUV from these people in November. They claim they do a 150 point inspection. WRONG! The day I brought it home I noticed a leak under the vehicle. Took it to them and they claimed the whole ""as is"" thing and did not do a darn thing about it. They love to give their whole ""run around"" speech. Cost me $1100 dollars to fix the problem. Then I noticed the belts were about to go to..... I guess they missed that in their ""150 point"" inspection. Terrible dealership. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE TERRIBLE PEOPLE. more

DON'T BUY HERE 1/17/2012

This dealership scams it's buyers. They sell incomplete vehicles and they do not disclose what's missing prior to the sale. They do not correct their mistakes and have awful business practices. I would never buy from them again and strongly recommend anyone considering this dealership to run the other way. more

BUYER BEWARE 2/2/2011

BUYER BEWARE-MAKE SURE YOU TAKE THE CAR TO A MECHANIC AND BODY SHOP BEFORE BUYING FROM HARRISON...EVEN BETTER SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUY FROM A HONEST DEALERSHIP. Harrison Imports claims that they check every automobile completly and that customer satifaction and return customers is what they base their dealership on. Sounds good if you actually practice what you preach. I came back from OEF and bought a 2003 Passat from the dealer and after having it for a week the front bumper came apart (no wreck involved). Took the car to Dave Strong Volkswagon where they put it on a lift and informed my wife and me that they don't understand how I even got it to the dealership without the whole front end coming off. So at this point we took the car to a body shop and got a estimate to the tune of about 1600.00 before taxes to replace the whole front end. She then emailed the estimate to the dealership and got the run around for two days with no resolution. The car salesman was understanding and tried to make it right but the General manager and owner didn't even care enough to return my wifes calls let alone make it right. I understand that you sign a ""As Is"" statement when you buy a used car but you assume that the dealership is honest and discloses information about the car you plan to buy so that you get exactly what you think you are buying.
