Highly Recommended! 4/13/2012

This was my second experience with acupuncture. My first was not with Harmony. That experience was so bad that it took me over 10 years to try it again. The setting at Harmony is so inviting and comfortable. The treatments are affordable. Lars is very kind and patient. I've had two treatments with him and I have already seen a difference in how I feel. I highly recommend Harmony Community Wellness Center in Escondido! more

Very Inviting 4/7/2012

Very attentive, caring and affordable! I am a believer in acupuncture finally and know people who have multiple sclerosis (MS) that have found the treatments effective. I am know recommending this to people that I care about who have shoulder pains or chronic pain. more

After my mother spent ages trying to convince me to try acupuncture, I finally decided to give it a try. I found it to be surprisingly effective. I am now a firm believer and will continue to go here because of the results, the cleanliness, perfect relaxing setting and lars' (larz?)knowledge! more

Feeling Better 3/29/2012

I was in pain everyday and work was miserable. Now I am greatly improved and work and free time are both so much more enjoyable. Lars has changed my life. I recommend Harmony Community Wellness to anyone that is in pain and does not want to live on prescription pain medication. more

Amazing! 3/25/2012

My neck and back pain have significantly decreased since my treatment with Lars. I have seen both Maki and Lars for treatments and they are both wonderful accupunturists. I highly recommend the Harmony Community Wellness Center for improving ones overall well being. more

Qigong/Tai Chi class 3/24/2012

This class is taught by Lars. It is a complete practice for one's well being of mind, body, spirit. Not many people may be aware of this hidden gem of a class. Come try it, you will be rewarded! more

A Soothing Environment, A Healing Experience 3/22/2012

What I was struck by as I entered the Harmony Community Wellness Center was the sense of calm I felt. The sense of healing energy was palpable as I met with Lars on my initial visit. After my initial consultation reviewing areas of concern/treatment, I was led into the community room. That is where the acupuncture is perfomed. Definitely helping.... 2/25/2012

Lars is a kind, gentle, understanding practitioner. I was afraid before, never having had acupuncture and being terrified of needles but he reassures me, calmed me and I trusted him. I saw him the first time 8 days ago and then again yesterday and my insomnia is better, I am sleeping better and I am very optimistic that within a few months time I will be sleeping better than I have in over a decade. Excellent Listening Skills 2/18/2012

Lars listens and then uses his amazing knowledge to help the body heal the problem. I had a hormone imbalance and after three months my lab retest showed normal levels. Thanks Lars! more

Very Impressed 2/16/2012

I was very impressed with the knowledge Lars had about Hashimoto Disease and all the treatments available. I will follow with a weekly session for couple months. Immediately after my first session, I felt much better, no more heart palpitations. Can't wait for my next appointment! more

Amazing results! 1/30/2012

I always thought acupuncture would be something I would try so my mind was open to the idea and also I believe in traditional medicine. Last week my friend told me about Harmony so I had several problems I needed help with so I scheduled an appointment. I received excellant care and I had almost 100% improvement in my shoulder, knee and stress issues. I will have a second treatment this week. Also my blood pressure went down-this has not happened in years. For me its a miracle. more

Comforting 1/27/2012

I felt very comfortable with Maki and extremely relaxed in the community setting. The chairs were comfy, I was kept warm with a blanket, and there was soft music playing. I have already recommended this facility to several people. more

Affordable Wellness 1/19/2012

ANXIETY JUST MELTS AWAY! 1/19/2012

I was having severe panic attacks and hadn't slept in 2 days when I came here upon a friend's recommendation. I am doing my 3rd treatment today and I feel like a new person. I didnt think it was possible! I am SO THANKFUL to Lars and I am singing his praises to everyone I meet! more

I saw Chris for a Body Talk session. She is so nice, calm, and knowledgeable. Took time with me to explain how to do things at home and what would happen next. Entire center was clean and inviting. more
