I experienced a peaceful relaxed feeling. Lars was both professional and I felt caring in treating me. I look forward to addressing some recurring issues weekly as the cost is most affordable. I have already recommended him to two people. more

Professional and Effective 3/21/2011

We had amazing results after just the first session subsiding allergies. From constant sneezing and swollen eyes this season, to just a couple sneezes a day and no other issues. Extremely professional service and environment. Much better than I expected in every aspect. more

I have been so stressed out and needed accupuncture so bad, Lars was great and I feel so much better, the sliding scale makes its affordable for me to continue to go on a weekly basis. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! more

I've made acupuncture part of my wellness for life. Affordability can be a challenge but at Harmony community wellness center I can afford to give my body, mind & spirit what it needs to succeed. I get the relief I need at a price I can afford. more

Excellent Care, Peaceful Environment! 2/17/2011

Lars is one of the most grounded and sincere people I have ever met. He has a calm and serene demeanor about him, yet gets right to the business of healing by using ancient acupuncture techniques. He was able to diagnose the source of my ailment and treat it with diligence and surety! The hour I spent in the Harmony Wellness Community Center in Escondido was absolutely calming, refreshing, and I felt re-energized when I left. I can’t wait for tomorrow’s appointment. more

Wonderful healing atmosphere 2/9/2011

I love the calm, serene, clean and pleasing space. Beautiful music sets a soothing background for the quiet treatment. I have had quite a lot of acupuncture in the last 20 years and really appreciate Lars' expertise in placing the needles painlessly. Feeling very calm and energized after treatment. more

Super Charged! 2/8/2011

this was my first experience with acupuncture-and I was alittle skeptical. I've been feeling tired for quite awhile. But after I arrived home its like I caught my 2nd wind, and I'm still energized!!! I am definitely making this alternative medicine practice a priority for my health! more

New Experience and definitely worthwhile! 1/27/2011

I was not sure how the community clinic approach would work but I was plesantly surprised. I had been in pain for 3 days and needed immediate attention. After the treatment I felt 80% better and the next day 90% better. I certainly will recommend to friends and family. more

New Here, But Hopeful 1/23/2011

I have a complex set of health challenges that have not responded to a decade of attempts to deal with these issues. I have had two sessions with Lars so far, so it is early days, but I did have positive reactions to both treatments. I am looking forward to a continued improvement in my situation as we continue to work together. more

I was recently referred to HCWC by my physician, and I'm so glad I came by to check it out - the convenience and affordability were a powerful incentive. Although I've had regular acupuncture for many years, I'd never before visited a community clinic. I was delighted to find not only a calming and inviting setting that inspires confidence, but an outstanding level of personal attention. I have been to many community accupuncture places in the past, and this is by far the best experience I have ever had. Lars is amazing and totally knows his stuff. I have had several acupuncturists. When I was recommended to try HCWC. I was anxious to benefit from the community environment and cost. Not only am I benefiting, but I am so impressed that I am referring my friends to consider the same. I'm so glad I acted on the recomendation. So Relaxing! 12/30/2010

I was looking for an alternative method to help relieve my "tennis elbow". It was my first time experiencing acupuncture and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised! I was completely relaxed and comfortable during my session. I can't wait to return. I recommend for everyone to give HCWC a try! more

Wonderful and affordable 12/8/2010

I had never expereinced "community accupuncture". Which basically means you are in a large room with up to 6 other patients, being treated. No worries, it is all good. And so reasonable I can now afford to get treated weekly like i need to be. Lars is doing a great service to the health of many people and the community. more

I was referred to Harmony Community Wellness Center by my coach. I've been a wreck at the end of my pregnancy because my doctor is insisting on inducing if labor doesn't begin. Lars, Karen and Makie have all been so tremendously kind and professional.They've put me at ease with accupuncture, massage and compassion, I've recommended them to my whole family. more

Relaxing and Healing 11/30/2010

My dental hygienist recommended Harmony Wellness to me because I was complaining of daily headaches that I'v been suffering from for over a year. Within a few sessions at HW, my headaches subsided and eventually went away. It was incredible to live without a headache! Lars is very gentle and easy to speak to about pain. I highly recommend Harmony Wellness. more

This acupuncturist heals my lower back pain 11/14/2010

When I hurt my lower back through heavy lifting, Lars was able to completely relieve me of the pain aftler six treatments. I still seek out his healing abilities whenver I overdo it physically. He is very caring and follows my health history diligently. The atmosphere of the center is very relaxing and aesthetically pleasing with its Asian decor. The fees are extremely reasonable. All in all, I highly recommend this center for acupuncture healing. more
