I bought my Tucson at Hardin and the salesman offered me free oil changes for life if I gave the dealership top marks on the survey that followed. For the last 3 years they've honored this, but on the most recent visit they did not because I didn't get my 30K service at the dealership (chose to do it elsewhere). That was never part of the deal, and when I challenged Mario on that he said he would give it to me if I had a voucher. Voucher? You've been honoring this for 3 years and now I need a voucher? He acted as if he didn't know what I was talking about. I would think the salesman are not acting unilaterally offering free oil changes to customers who buy cars, so he shouldn't be surprised when they come in asking for it!
