Love the immediate service and the comfortable waiting area with amenities 3/13/2014

I was in and out in less than an hour for a basic checkup with my new Elantra GT. The man that helped me, I believe his name was Carlos, or Mario... Anyhoo he had a happy and courteous attitude ad I could tell that my service received was wry important to him. Excellent service once again! more

Routine Maintanance 2/14/2014

Mario was helping me. he is always my go to. Breaks things down very easily and spends the time. Usually I stay in the dealership and wait but this time had a friend pick me up. Mario called me up to let me know updates and how the process was going along with possible additional costs. He called me before doing anything that would change the cost. THAT IS BIG. No where else does that! Very personable and professional. Love the staff at Hyundai. Always! more

have had good experiences here up until the last one 2/14/2014

I bought my Tucson at Hardin and the salesman offered me free oil changes for life if I gave the dealership top marks on the survey that followed. For the last 3 years they've honored this, but on the most recent visit they did not because I didn't get my 30K service at the dealership (chose to do it elsewhere). That was never part of the deal, and when I challenged Mario on that he said he would give it to me if I had a voucher. Voucher? You've been honoring this for 3 years and now I need a voucher? He acted as if he didn't know what I was talking about. I would think the salesman are not acting unilaterally offering free oil changes to customers who buy cars, so he shouldn't be surprised when they come in asking for it! more
