Mario was helping me. he is always my go to. Breaks things down very easily and spends the time. Usually I stay in the dealership and wait but this time had a friend pick me up. Mario called me up to let me know updates and how the process was going along with possible additional costs. He called me before doing anything that would change the cost. THAT IS BIG. No where else does that! Very personable and professional. Love the staff at Hyundai. Always!
