Really Nice service! 4/8/2014

The oil change took a decent time for me not having made an appointment! The only thing i would improve on is actually cleaning the interior of the car instead of just the exterior and maybe add a new car smell so that we can feel like were pulling out of the dealership with a car that we just bought again! Overall great service! more

Great Service with 1 Recommendation 3/27/2014

I've been in twice for service since I bought my Santa Fe and have been very pleased both times. However, I have one recommendation. When I came in the first time and stopped at the service area it wasn't clear what to do at that point since there was no service advisor there. It would be good if you put up a sign that said to go inside to talk to one of the service personnel. I sat there for a few minutes not knowing what to do. Otherwise I have no complaints. more

No Loander = No Good 3/26/2014

I was bothered by the fact that I purchased a new vehicle from your dealership and when I brought it in for service I did not get a loaner. I am a long time customer of Crevier and they go out of their way to take care of me, even when I purchased a 3 series for my daughter. I purchased one of Hyundai most expensive cars and in turn I need to pick up my son when he brings it in for service, this makes no sense. more

Good attitude, good service 3/25/2014

Car has been trouble free for over 1-yr since new purchase. Only services has been routine oil changes. Dealer has been great. Prior cars have been BMW's and MBZ's, and didn't really expect the car to be as good as it is or the dealer to be as good as they are. VERY happy with both! Highly recommend HARDIN and the Azera model more

Had my back! 3/24/2014

AAA installed a new battery, backwards (although I didn't know it)! After the warning light came on, I immediately called Jason at Hardin. Asked me to come right in and interrupted his lunch to help me. There was a fast diagnosis and repair. Charges were fair and Jason really had my back. Got me back to work in record time. more

Looooong wait! 3/17/2014

Came here for first oil change early this month. Informed there was a recall for door latches, but they didn't have them in stock. I was told that this recall would take 2hours. Parts were ordered and I had to return for the recall work. Unfortunately, upon my return a week later when I showed up for my appointment I was told that it would take 4 hours!!! Service department said they would try to get me out sooner than 4 hours but they were unsuccessful. The only good thing is the waiting area is very pleasant. more
