Hank's Auto Body West Inc

I've been in to Hanks 3 times with 3 different cars. The first two visits were excellent. The work was done on time, the staff was good to work with and the quality of work was excellent. The last visit was for hail damage and they were able to remove all the dents using paint-less dent repair and it looks like new. Though the body work was fantastic their work on the interior of the car was of poor quality. I had to take it back due to a rattle in the tailgate (plastic clips had fallen down inside and they left them there) and some of the plastic clips were missing leaving the interior molding loose. I continue to find little plastic parts (broken and whole) throughout the car. I'm left wondering what parts were not installed properly and when some piece of molding will fall off. more

I leave my car to fix the damage from an accident; and it is returned with Over spray all over my car, broken clips on back seat; burns in carpet of trunk, parts coming loose, scratch in trunk lid paint, scratch on inside of door, Gap in trunk lid. Had to go back 4 times already to get stuff fixed. You would think they would catch all this before releasing a vehicle back to the customer. I'm just tired of taking my car back to get stuff fixed - that should have been fixed originally. I put my trust in this repair shop and it comes back with damage that wasn't there before I took it in for repairs. more
