I've been in to Hanks 3 times with 3 different cars. The first two visits were excellent. The work was done on time, the staff was good to work with and the quality of work was excellent. The last visit was for hail damage and they were able to remove all the dents using paint-less dent repair and it looks like new. Though the body work was fantastic their work on the interior of the car was of poor quality. I had to take it back due to a rattle in the tailgate (plastic clips had fallen down inside and they left them there) and some of the plastic clips were missing leaving the interior molding loose. I continue to find little plastic parts (broken and whole) throughout the car. I'm left wondering what parts were not installed properly and when some piece of molding will fall off.
