They are handy to have around. 4/25/2012

I've used Handyman Matters multiple times. They are a big help. I had shelves put in the closet and the man did a really nice job. The elaboration was nice, he put little designs on the shelves. I have also had them hang pitchers for me throughout the house. I once also had them take down a door because I had carpet put in and when they put it back they had to cut some of the wood off on the bottom of the door so that it would fit. The people that come are very nice. My experience with them has been very positive. I work and there are time frames when they can come and times that don't work for me and they're very accommodating. These are things that I wouldn't be able to do by myself so it's nice having them around to do it. more

Outstanding work. 4/19/2012

The guy that did the work for me was named Garrett, and he did an outstanding job. I was very happy with their work and would use them again anytime. Handyman Matters just did a great job. They were on time, and everything came out fine as far as I'm concerned. more

Everything was good. 1/12/2012

I would say that the guy from Handyman Matters that actually did the work had excellent communication skills. He worked very well in our house, working around my wife and kids and all that. I think the quality of the work was good. I also think that the responsiveness of the overall group was good too, and that's why I would recommend them again. more

An agreeable company to work with! 10/14/2011

I've used Handyman Matters several times. I think they are very responsive. They have given me really helpful suggestions to get what I wanted done, done. They are very agreeable to work with. I think like many other companies, they might try to sell extras to you. For larger jobs, you should consider experts, but for household jobs and repairs, I'd definitely use them again. Recently, my cousin had a lot of flooding damage, so I recommended Handyman Matters to her, and she used them, so I have no hesitation about recommending them to family! more

Professional and do good work. 10/6/2011

The first guy I had from Handyman Matters seemed very unhappy with his job. Even though he was really good at what he did, he just seemed generally unhappy. He complained about a lot of things, for instance like having to buy his own tools and how his company didn't pay him back for that expense. I told him that as a surgeon, I prefer buying my own instruments, because I know what works best for me. Since then, that person has moved onto another job. The second guy I had in from Handyman Matters, was very good. He was polite and professional and did a good job. He installed a dishwasher for him. He was pleasant and explained things clearly to me. Even his truck was clean, and well taken care of and organized. The other guy's truck had looked like it was from 1944 and was kind of raggedy looking! I was very happy with my latest experience with Handy Matters, and would definitely recommend them to anybody! I would use them again too. more

Efficient, reliable service from trustworthy personnel. 8/9/2011

I'm pleased with the service I received from Handyman Matters. I have used them two times so far, and would probably use them again. They first redid the railings on my steps, and have also done other similar projects around the house for me. They are reliable, and the work is very efficient and good. I found Handyman Matters on the internet, which is something I'm usually weary about. You just don't know if you will feel secure until you meet the person. Well, once they came by the first time, everything was fine. They are very trustworthy. more

Wonderful job! My daughter calls the workers "Uncle" now. 7/22/2011

Handyman Matters has done a number of projects with us, but the main one was re-tiling the bathroom. It turned out to be more complicated than we initially thought it would be but they were very accommodating to us. I actually ended up having to use two of their workers. Both were very professional and they were helpful to our needs, and especially to my daughter. She has started to call the workers "Uncle" now! They tried not making it too expensive while still meeting our needs. A number of different people had done the job for us before, but the quality was breaking down. We originally found out about Handyman Matters through Service Magic and they were one of the potential companies we could work with. Sanjay and his company Handyman Matters did a wonderful job. more
