I've used Handyman Matters several times. I think they are very responsive. They have given me really helpful suggestions to get what I wanted done, done. They are very agreeable to work with.
I think like many other companies, they might try to sell extras to you. For larger jobs, you should consider experts, but for household jobs and repairs, I'd definitely use them again.
Recently, my cousin had a lot of flooding damage, so I recommended Handyman Matters to her, and she used them, so I have no hesitation about recommending them to family!
