Diagnostic overview 4/9/2014

I was having issues with my daughters ABS light in her van. Took it to have it diagnosed, and as usual they did another fine job. U won't be disappointed!! Very knowledgeable and courteous. They'll do what it takes to save you money!! more

No Hassle Help :) 4/7/2014

My cv axle broke the night before. Some my car towed to HOG and then came in the next day after lunch to fix it. There was no hassle or extra expense for me leaving my car in their outer yard the night before. They even let me drive car 2 back home and pick up my repaired car after hours. Very convienent and I really appreciate that I wasn't nickle and dimed with lot or parking charges. :) more

Quality Quick Service 3/17/2014

My service consisted of a diagnostic which resulted in replacing the Air Fuel Ratio Sensor on my 2002 Lexus ES 300. Prior to receiving the services my check engine light was on and I failed emissions twice. They say the third times a charm. And Hands-On Garage made it possible. I waited a few days after fixing the problem. The check engine light was off and I passed the emission test. Where there's a problem, there's a solution. I'll be back. Hopefully not though. :-) more

didn't even know about my car 3/9/2014

Called store at noon to find out status on car, guy had no clue about my car being there -- asked if I had talked to anyone about it because they didn't know about it. Told them I had an 8:00 appointment -- they finally found my info that I told them about the car and they were very busy so they would get to looking at my car when they could....not acceptable, i had an 8:00 apointment, to have my car sitting for 4 hours without them even touching it was very disappointing. If I had not called I"m sure it would not have been looked at that day. more

The mechanic that did work on my truck was great. He went above and beyond to make sure the job was done correctly and thorough. Great price...Saved a good amount of money by getting the part and bringing it here instead of getting it done at another shop. more

Close to my house 3/1/2014

First time I ever brought my car there.. I know a few people that have and all said prices were fair and they did good work.. So I gave it a shot.. I was very happy with every thing.. Prices, time it took and how they explained everything to me.. :) more
