Review content:
Made appointment for my car to be checked out at 8am on saturday morning. Dropped car off Fri night, left key in drop box. Called store at noon to find out status on car, guy had no clue about my car being there -- asked if I had talked to anyone about it because they didn't know about it. Told them I had an 8:00 appointment -- they finally found my info that I told them about the car and they were very busy so they would get to looking at my car when they could....not acceptable, i had an 8:00 apointment, to have my car sitting for 4 hours without them even touching it was very disappointing. If I had not called I"m sure it would not have been looked at that day.
