Excellent - as always! 9/25/2013

Kevin cleaned our carpet this morning, and as always he did an outstanding job. My wife, Sheila, says that Kevin always treats our home as though it is his own, so there is never any dirt, water spots, etc. on the floors when he is working. Sheila specifically asks for Kevin when scheduling a carpet cleaning because of his superior results. more

Very thorough & accommodating job 9/16/2013

The technician did an excellent job. He went out of his way to accommodate my desire to have my front door cat-escape proof by adding the "pillow" used for winter time cleaning, so my two cats wouldn't try to escape the noise through the door the cleaning hoses were in. He moved the three items of furniture I requested and cleaned under and behind them. All in all a very thorough job. more

Excellent experience of having two microfiber couches cleaned. 9/11/2013

As long-time customers of Wayne Champion, Champion Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning, we were hoping that his excellent, friendly service would transfer over to Hammond Knoll when they joined enterprises. We were not disappointed. Marta and Terra were great to talk to about scheduling. Kevin cleaned the couches today. He was friendly, professional, and worked near miracles on the furniture, giving something tired a new lease on life. We have a new go-to company for our upholstry and carpet cleaning. Such a positive experience! 9/10/2013

My husband spilled half a gallon of latex on our carpet and our carpets, at large, were well overdue for a cleaning. I called in a panic on a Monday morning and spoke with Tara who was lovely, professional, helpful, prompt and totally awesome. She had someone out to myself within hours. Actually, not just someone, but Ron. Ron is THE BEST. The kind of employee everyone wants. Lovely, positive, professional and he did a fabulous job. My carpets look like new. Would recommend Hammond Knoll for leather refurbhishing needs 8/29/2013

I used Hammond Knoll to pick up two leather chairs that were in rough condition that needed to be refurbished. They brought them back in nice condition. They look good. The men who picked up and delivered were professional, explained what we needed to know and were good with communication. I could get a hold of them to ask questions and they were always reliable. Excellent customer service! more

The staff of Hammond Knoll is very polite and helpful. They are timely, things are done when they say they will be done. I had a coupon, which they happily honored, and they pointed out others they had to reduce the price. They were thorough in asking what I wanted and what my expectations were for the job. They redid the binding on the carpet edges and it came out very nicely: it is sturdy and looks professional. I am happy with the job they did and timely manner in which they did it in. They have done several different jobs for me and overall it has been a very good experience. more

Honest company, great work 2/20/2013

The young man who helped me was very professional in handling my rugs. I came in to the store with a car full of carpet pieces and the store was absolutely beautiful. The young man who helped me was not only helpful in terms of measuring and giving ideas, but I liked that he told me the odd-shaped carpet work is expensive and he suggested ways to save me money. A very honest company that does great work. Love the decor in the building as well! more

Hammond Knoll purchased a carpet cleaning business that I had previously used and recommended to others. They did professional, excellent work. When I called to schedule another appointment, I learned that Hammond Knoll had assumed control of the business though the former owner still has some involvement in its administration. They do a professional job and an excellent job. They answer all questions, are very polite, and offered to move things. In general, they are very helpful and courteous. more

Very Positive, Excellent. 12/19/2012

It was great. They cleaned our white carpets and removed the stains. Our dogs have had a few accidents, and we were concerned that they wouldn't come out. They arrived here on time when they said they would, and finished in time. I can't say enough good about them. more

Hammond Knoll are the elite in carpet cleaning as far as I'm concerned. The young man who comes out is superb. What I like is that they hire people with experience and they don't change every day. Sometimes in my past experience with carpet cleaners, the get people who know nothing about carpet. That's not how it is with Hammond Knoll. My carpets always look so much brighter and cleaner after they come. I've been using them for years, and I recently recommended them to a neighbor who will be using them also. more

Jan, who was our sales rep with Hammond Knoll, is professional, friendly, and always willing to answer any questions I have on-site. The crew was cleaning some lobby granite flooring, and I walked in the next day, after they were done, and could tell a difference in the color. There was a noticeable difference commented on by building guests and people who occupy the building. They did a fantastic job. I enjoy the consistent level of service, and I also enjoy that they're a local company. more

Hammond Knoll was very prompt in sending someone, and he got here when they said he would. He was very careful with the furniture and carpet, and he protected and covered everything with the covering units they provided. Excellent customer service and very professional. 8/23/2012

I called Hammond Knoll because I needed someone to clean in my crawl space. I had a busted pipe and it was soaked up there. They were able to come in and set their fans up and clean up everything. They did the work in a fairly quick manner. They were very professional and very friendly. Any time I called they have been willing to answer any of my questions. I thought they did a great job. more

I had a very good experience with Hammond Knoll. Actually, my son-in-law had them do extensive work on his place, and it worked out great, to be honest. The stuff they do along with the care they had gotten in getting the hoses in and all of that just impressed me. My son-in-law is a home builder, so he has used them in some of his condo and apartment projects. His mother used them to in her own home, too. My experience with them was my first, and I would highly recommend Hammond Knoll. The agent that ended up selling one of their houses made sure to take down their name and everything, too. She was very impressed with the work and said she planned to use them in the future and recommend them to some, including her business. So I suppose we have brought them some business. Don J.
