Scott did an outstanding job cleaning our carpet. He was on time, courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. perfect job, fast and efficient 11/2/2013

What a wonderful feeling, the carpets are perfecly cleaned and I am ready for Thanksgiving..Kevin did a great job again with all these stasins from my cat and grandchild.. Furthermore, I would like to mention an incident happened last visit. I drove over my walker and damaged it. But 'have no fear Kevin is here,' he fixed my walker without any questions and it is still working today. Great customer service! more

Excellent experience with Hammond Knoll 10/14/2013

I left a well worn rug which has been used in my kitchen since 1993 with Hammond Knoll because I have had them do work for me before. The first time it was done it was not right so I took it back. The second time Eugene Greer worked on it and it came back in far better condition than I think it came to me as a new rug. I appreciate the extra effort that he made and am thrilled with the result. more

Kevin was not only punctual, but a few minutes early. We have a new driveway, and he laid out a tarp in case of any leaks. He was professional, helpful, and courteous. He is a great representative of your company. We are using you to clean our area rugs, and will definitely recommend you to our friends and neighbors. more
