We own a new Altima and a 2010 Titan. On 11/3/14 I called to schedule my Titan for no heat after my local mechanic said they might have to tear the dash apart and suggested I take it to the dealer. I bought my Titan from Hagerstown Honda and had not taken it to Hammilton to date. They had an opening for 1 hour later than my call and I took it. I was greeted by Alex who was top notch from start to finish. He asked if I was willing to wait for the diagnosis which would take about 2 hours because the dash might have to be dismantled. I waited rather than be shuttled home to the south part of the county. In about 2 hours Alex reported that the job was complex and shuttled me home with a fantastic Korean war veteran Sam. I got a call from Alex reporting that the job was done at 4:30 and they would send Sam to work overtime to come and get me. Most dealerships make you handle the complex paperwork for warrantys, but Alex handled the whole thing for me. During my initial wait in the morning, I heard other customers tell me they only take thier motor vehicle to Hammilton-Hagerstown. We bought our last 2 Nissan cars from Dwain Souders and we think he is an honest straight shooter. more

I purchased a used SUV from Hamilton recently. My credit was shot after a rough divorce. They made the deal work. Then I had a few minor issues, the service department jumped on it. They fixed the problem without blinking an eye. Never did they say well you will have to cover this or that. I have had many car buying and servicing experiences and this one surpasses the rest. more

I have bought two vehicles from Hamilton Nissan. A 2005 Nissan Maxima and then a 2007 Nissan Maxima. I also referred my sister to them. She bought a used SUV. Shortly after purchasing her vehicle it broke down and the motor needed to be replaced. They refused to cover the engine even though she had kept her scheduled service appointments and only had the vehicle for a very short period of time. As for my vehicles... I never had any problems with the 2005. I had it for a brief period of time and traded it in on the 2007. That's when my troubles began. The car I bought was called "the deal maker edition".After Dave the deal maker. It was loaded with after market extras. There were two tv s an X box and aftermarket 20" wheels. The problems started almost immediately. I think I had the car for three days. I was driving and hit a pothole. Nothing major. An average pothole. The rim actually cracked in half, causing the tire to go flat. The shop that installed the aftermarket products was in Frederick. I told them I bought the car from them not somewhere in Frederick they had to take care of it. They did take care of it but I had to drive with a doughnut for three weeks waiting for the new wheel to come in. The battery went dead repeatedly because of the electronics that were installed. I don't know how many times I had to have the car jumpstarted. The mounting for the Xbox fell off. Then within a matter of months the finish started to come off of the rims. They were junk. They were plastic inserts. The finish cracked and fell away. They said it was from brake dust And refused to repair or replace them. It's was because they were plastic. I literally argued with them for at least a year. I told them I wanted the stock wheels that came with the car. They refused. I reminded them That when I purchased the vehicle it had a base price and then extra fees for the aftermarket products. That base price no doubtedly included wheels that the car was shipped from the factory with. more

Very poor customer service!! The service rep was very rude, told me he could not understand why I was upset warranty covered repairs after 4 trips and about 3 hours of phone calls to them. I asked for a manager so rep went across the shop to talk to the manager he proceeded to yell at me from sitting at his desk behind a glass window what a joke! They really made me feel like I owe them something for honoring their warranty . Needless to say I will never step foot in this place for anything not even the free oil changes. more

Never had a better purchase in my Life! It was so easy. The had the vehicle pulled up front, went for a drive, signed the papers, and went home. Nothing has gone this smooth! more

I have bought 2 vehicles from Hamilton Nissan a few years ago because the offer of "Motor for Life" and I had all the maintenance that they requested that I make to keep the "Motor for Life warranty. Then I get a cracked head, and they do not cover this due to the fact they say that is not part of the motor, and that the "motor for Life" actually only covers what deem necessary...So PLEASE do NOT buy from them, as the Dealer for Life, and Motor for life is a BIG SCAM more

I had a small issue with my new car and Hamilton Nissan jumped through hoops to satisfy me and they did a wonderful job of it. The service dept people are kind and helpful and wanting to make sure I was satisfied with the service I received. Mr. Hamilton also called to make sure I was satisfied. I love my car and am quite sure I will be dealing with them for all of my cars in the future. Kudos to them all. more
